WHO WE HELP
We support Coloradans whose care is at risk because of cost.
A specific cost — a prescription, an appointment, equipment, or a co-pay — is keeping you from continuing your care.
You live in Colorado.
Other resources (insurance, manufacturer assistance, hospital aid) haven't fully covered the gap.
Not sure if you qualify? Apply anyway. We review every request individually, and we’d rather hear from you than have you guess.

How it works
-
You can apply online through our website. The application asks for basic information about you, your household income, and the medical expense you need help with. You'll also upload a bill, invoice, or receipt.

Most applicants complete it in about 10-15 minutes.
-
You'll need a medical bill, invoice, or receipt related to your request. Having your basic household income information ready will also help.
-
We review applications on a rolling basis. Most applicants hear back within a few weeks.
-
Usually, no — payments are made directly to the provider whenever possible. This helps keep the process simple and ensures the funds go toward the intended medical expense.
